UFO Sighting in Pennsylvania on June 22nd 2015 – Pinpoint starlike object with a hazy cone fanned out in the direction of travel VERY high up.

I was coordinating sightings of aircraft from flightaware to actual sky. I noticed on the computer there was an approach to Greater Pittsburgh airport. So I went outside to view it. My parents whom I was visiting live exactly on the approach path to Runways 28 Center and 28 Right approximately 12 NM from the airport. When I went outside I heard the approach but ignored it cause I saw this strange thing. I quickly called my mom outside to get another witness. We observed the object to the west of us moving in a straight line from South to North. It almost looked like the Hale Bopp Comet except moving. It was a pinpoint star like object. It had a hazy cone coming from it. The cone was shaped fanned out in the direction of travel. Like this. 0< Moving to the right. Not like a missile with smoke or haze fanning out opposite direction of travel. That's what I thought was really strange. The haze and pinpoint light slightly pulsated and was Blue-ish White. It actually from our viewpoint travelled through the ladle of the Big Dipper and continued North till we lost sight of it behind a building. As it made it's way North it increased in size from our viewpoint. About the size of a pea if you hold it between your fingers at arms length. I felt puzzled about the direction of travel and the way the cone fanned out.
