UFO Sighting in Chisago City, Minnesota on June 22nd 2015 – Dark spherical object emitted 1 color light in varying intensity

my friend and I were returning from the movie at approximately 10-15 when she had mentioned something in the sky and asked me what planet it was because she knows I would know right away and I said I thought it was Venus but then realized we were not pointing in the right direction for that to be true after debating whether or not it was a planet the reddish orange light, which had a massive corona, much too bright for a planet, which is almost the size of a penny from our perspective suddenly dimmed dramatically,at that point I had noticed the light was actually coming from a spherical object you could still see some light but it was very very dim hard to see with the naked eye. Now the light was about the size of the "." On my phone the object about 10 times that size now that the corona was gone. As we turned the light slowly left my view, as if it had been pointing our direction and without that small light I lost sight of the object entirely. Definitely not a planet. Not a human aircraft either. From beginning to end about 4 mins. I should mention the light dimmed the exact second I felt I determined and mentioned it wasn't a planet to my friend.
