UFO Sighting in Argyle, Maine on June 4th 2015 – Strange lights in sky in early morning before sunrise en commute

Was traveling alone to work early on June 4, 2015 at approx 0420hrs when I noticed the radio was overpowered by static. I changed channels via preset and all 10 channels were static. I thought this was odd. I happened to notice off to my left a single bright, pulsating blue/white light and thought it was the cell phone tower in the area, but I was wrong. I could see this light near the cell phone tower, along with both strobe lights on the tower that I see everyday. I set my cruise at 75 so I could keep an eye on this object. The closer I got to the tower on I95, the bigger the light got. I got approx a mile away and was going to snap a picture on my cell phone but I could not get a good focus as I was moving and it was just before daylight. I tried calling my friend who was a few miles behind me to see if he was seeing this object as well and that's when I noticed there was zero service..... zero service when I was less than a mile away from the tower. That's when the object instantly shot W/SW direction, paused for 3-4 seconds, than took off in a SW direction at a speed I have never witnessed before. Shortly after, once I approached the town of Old Town I noticed I had cell service again (approx 4 miles south). I dialed my friend and asked if he saw the object, he confirmed but wishes to remain anonymous. Guesstamation of approx elevation of object was 150-200 above terrain, since the cell tower I'd approx 100ft tall. Object was near cell tower, hard to tell how far away from it and also objects diameter since this was near dark before sunrise.
