UFO Sighting in New Richmond, Wisconsin on January 7th 2000 – Saw reflection of object in my glasses so looked up, was somewhat cloaked but I saw outline and faint lights.

I was a truck driver (now disabled). I hauled propane out of the Twin Cities two points in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I had just started jumping off a load in New Richmond Wisconsin win I saw a reflection of the object in my glasses. So I looked up and saw the object approaching from the West traveling eastbound. it was large and chevron shaped with lights on the bottom but the interesting thing is that it was translucent or maybe cloaked. I could see the outline and I could see the lights but they weren't very bright.after it passed directly overhead and not much further it disappeared, but not because it was too far away but maybe the cloaking device obscured it.this happened in early January of the year 2000. I had no idea at the time how to report a sighting so I never went any further with it. being a private pilot and an aircraft enthusiast, I knew immediately that this was not an airplane. or at least one that the public knows about.
