UFO Sighting in Clarksburg, West Virginia on August 31st 1963 – I was bout 10. Playing outside. Heard hum. Looked up dull grey heart shape object slowly flying till disappeared over neighbors house had purple trident on bottom

I was bout 10. Riding a bike on a warm sunny day. Fall or spring. I heard a humming sound and looked up. Saw a heart shapped dull grey object moving slowly toward the NW. It had a thin but large purple trident on the bottom. If slowly disappeared over the neighbors house. It was approx 200' from tip to end and about 200 to 300' in altitude. It was above the trees, but below the clouds. I was transfixed as I observed the object, but terrified after it disappeared. I ran into my house where I told my mother who was too busy to care. I was only 10 or so, and had no reason to be that afraid. But I was terrified and I still don't know why. An odd, bit another event that occurred about that same time also happened to me. It was a warm spring or fall night. The kitchen door was open as I played on the floor with army men. I felt like I was being watched. I looked outside and saw a large face staring at me over a concrete railing of the porch. I smiled than the eyes glowed red causing me to scream. My parents came into the room as the creature left. We went outside and noticed foot prints as it has rained. As the railing was about 10 ft above the ground my father had my mom take me inside. He looked around, but never said a word. I don't know if these events are related. I fact, the creature was more like a "big foot". None the less they occurred about the same time.
