UFO Sighting in Morrison, Colorado on August 10th 1975 – Bright fast moveing light aprox. 3000ft above Denver moveing at vary high rate of speed changeing directions abruptly several times

I was having dinner with a date at The Fort on hwy 285 west of Morrison Co.I was talking to the owner ,Sam when he first looked out of the window and spotted a vary bright light over Denver about 30 miles away , My date and I , with others in the restaurant watched for about 10 min's . at first we though it was an airplane,then it seemed to move at a high rate of speed south towards Littleton so. of Denver, stopped suddenly then reversed coarse back to the north, which seemed to be over Northgleen Co. all in a space of time about in 5 seconds. It hovered about 15to20 second's staying at the same altitude aprox. 3to4 thousand feet above the city.Then suddenly climbed at a 45 deg. angle straight south back toward's Littlton, it hovered for a few seconds , then sipped back over Denver . It sat there for about 8 or so min's I don't remember seeing any other aircraft in the area. After those few min's hovering, it went straight up and vanished out of sight. All of us in the restaurant didn't talk about at all. The next day Sam and I talked about it ,and just wondered.I'v have been a pilot commercial for 35 years and have seen simmelar events in night flights in Wa. state I did'nt talk about it, because I would have had my medical license revoked. Finally got it off my chest after 50 years .Thanks to your Hanger 1 files.!!
