At night on my back patio while talking with my wife on the phone I observed a strange looking orange/white glowing object moving northeast like an aircraft, but then stopped. To get on video I hung up the phone and went to the front of the house to get a video. It then proceeded east at a crawling speed until out of site. No noise, and not a regular aircraft or chopper for sure that I regularly see with the Navy Air base close by.
