Three lights moving in formation from west to east, speed was incredible from my visible horizon lines within seconds at a completely consistent speeds though the distance between the lights changed as the passed overhead< meaning they briefly spread farther apart from one another noticeably for a time before then reassuming the original formation i had seen them in, despite the lights changing there, from my vantage point, lateral symmetry, all of the lights seemed to maintain the exact same speed in a slightly boomerang pattern, shifting to a straight line. No noise whatsoever, and no exhaust or plumes of smoke or evidence of exhaust. Absolutely no cloud cover at all, and no planes noticed going overhead until at least 1-1 1/2 hours after the sighting. There is one other witness to this event who will agree with the events as described above, though we seem to disagree on what we perceived as the colors of the the lights. I seem to think they had a redish/amberish tone yet she maintains a bright bluish tone. she also states that she saw the lights move in a slower more wandering/floating formation before she alerted me to seeing them, and that's when they began to move from west to east...lights appeared solid, meaning that regardless of there distance or perspective, the illumination appeared consistent and contained; they appeared constantly spherical and though the definatly eminated light, they didnt apear to cast it at all. there was no visible structure between the lights, and i at times i could see the stars above passing between the lights. as stated above there was another witness to this event who saw some other activity/odd formations briefly before this main event and we both seem to disagree on the color of the lights but agree on everything else entirely...the discrepincy in what we percieve the color of the light being is bothersome: i saw Red, she saw Blue.
