UFO Sighting in Warrington, on December 22nd 1981 – I witnessed a lava sphere travelling in a straight, level line across the sky, well above the roof tops.
It was around 10.30 pm one December night 1981 in Warrington, England. I'd just got off a bus and was making my way home after seeing my boyfriend. Whilst I was walking down my avenue, I noticed a big ball of what looked like lava traveling across the sky. It was massive and my first thought was, it must be a piece of meteorite. But as I watched it, I realised that it was perfectly round and seemed to be moving as if it was being motored across the sky. I didn't feel scared, I just couldn't understand what I was witnessing. It travelled high across the rooftops and disappeared from my view behind houses. I remember, I ran the rest of the way up to my house and burst into the lounge, where my mum and dad were watching TV and told them, what I had seen. I thought maybe something would be on the news about it the next day, but nothing was ever reported. I can still see it in my mind and have always wondered what I'd seen, all those years ago and if anyone else had witnessed seeing it too.
