UFO Sighting in Charles Town, West Virginia on June 7th 2015 – Metallic, Disc shaped craft hovers, than moves south, than disappears

I was driving in my vehicle heading south on Sunday June 6th 2015 at approximately 5;30pm. While stopping at a red light, I observed a metallic, disc shaped craft hovering in the sky approximately 45 degrees from the horizon. The craft was a saucer/disc shaped and metallic or metal in color. The object reflected sunlight just as an airplane does. It hovered in the same place for several seconds, than moved in a straight path towards the south for another several seconds. The craft than disappeared from sight. There was a small cloud in the craft's path so I first thought it had disappeared behind the small cloud, but the craft never re appeared and the cloud was in fact smaller than the craft itself. I am not a good judge in distance so I would rather not guess. But the craft was approximately at 45 degrees from the horizon and it's apparent size was that of a basketball. It makes sense to me that the craft either changed it's direction abruptly, ascended abruptly, or disappeared all together but I cannot be sure because it just disappeared. There was only one small cloud in its path and this cloud was not large enough to conceal the whole craft. I immediately recognized that this craft was NOT an airplane nor a helicopter. I have never observed an unidentified flying object before but I am absolutely 100% sure that 1) The object was metallic/metal in color, 2) The object was disc/saucer shaped. 3) This object WAS NOT an airplane, helicopter, or ballon. This object had no wings. I cannot be sure of the object's actual size, but it is in opinion that it is significantly larger than normal aircraft. This object was definitely solid and metal.
