Black Triangle Sighting in Winnipeg, Manitoba on July 20th 2014 – The dark triangle ufo with three lights in each corner hovered over me

A friend and I were at a childs park to just chill and look for shooting stars, we were looking at the sky for about 10 minutes until I noticed something moving, at first I thought it was just three birds in their formation of flying but then I focused my vision and realized that the birds were lights, and then I started to look at it more then I realized the lights had a shape in between. It was a real dark triangle, darker then the sky. At first I was kind of scared but then I was fascinated. It was all happening so quick, I warned my friend about it but he was already scared by the way I was acting, I told him it was a ufo and he freaked and I watched him run away, then I tried to look up and find it but it was gone. I tried to catch up with him, he reached my house and opened the gate to my backyard, then I saw a bright meteorite which made it even better.
