I had just picked up my boyfriend, at the time, at the New Baltimore bridge.The bridge was closed. I would pick him up and we would drive threw Ross Ohio to take him home. He was driving up E.Miami River RD to Ross. All of a sudden I saw an object coming out of the sky to my right. I told him to stop. The object had two head lights and it was descending. I said it looked like a jeep coming out of the sky. It flew overhead and hovered over the river. It went down the river below the treetops and came back up. All of this happened within eye shot. My boyfriend was so scared and so was I, we took off. Took him home and I returned home. Somehow I lost an hour that night. I got in trouble for being late. I still can't remember what I saw.I know I saw a craft but what it looked like, I can't remember. My ex still doesn't talk about it.
