UFO Sighting in Rancho Cordova, California on June 4th 2015 – dark round shaped object seen in the early morning sky

I was heading to work at 6:30 AM in the morning, heading East on Douglas Road in Rancho Cordova. I sighted the object as I neared Grantline Road and pulled over to take a picture. I then continued to sight the object all the way into work (Iron Point Circle, Folsom, CA). I took another picture and video of the object from the parking lot at work. Thinking this was possibly a hot air balloon, I contacted the major tour website out of Rancho Murieta, and asked if they had a black or dark grey balloon in the air at that time. Below is the response I received: "We don't have any black balloons or grey balloons in our fleet. What did you see and where? There are not really supposed to be any other folks flying out here though it was windy and someone may have launched from the Wilton/Ione area. A guy named Dave Wakefield is out there sometimes. Blue Skies" NOTE: I left his person information off to protect his privacy Today, June 5th, at around 6:09 AM I saw actual balloons in the sky in the same approximate area. They were defined in shape, and looked nothing like what I saw on the 4th. Please see attach photo from my cell phone.
