UFO Sighting in Colorado Springs, Colorado on June 15th 1969 – Round with flashing lights under unit

Object was observed at NORAD entrance and then in seconds went to the Air Force Academy and back to the NORAD entrance. Hovered there for several minutes and zoomed over Pikes Peak and disappeared. News the next day said it was just a stunt for a future movie, However, no movie ever was made. I am not sure as to the date but my daughter was with me and she was about 3 or 4. The object did not return and has never been seen again.
