At about 11:30 pm January 1st I was driving north bound, at around the 3rd to last turnaround on the bridge, and in the East I saw a light about 5 miles away. That light turned into 2 lights and in about 20 seconds it was flying right over us, it seemed to slow down as it flew over the bride and us. The craft flew directly overhead. It was about 60-100ft off of the water, hovering silently. At first I thought it was a drone, but when it got closer it was around 100ft in diameter, MASSIVE! It was completely silent. The moon was full. It flew another 20 feet after crossing the bridge east to west, and then accelerated and in 10-20 seconds it was no longer visible. The craft was circular in shape, with 2 bright search lights on the front. Very bright. The lights were brilliant white. Around the craft there were yellow, red, orange and pink lights on the outer rim. On the underside it had an H shape, not the letter H but mechanical components in the shape of an H. That H was glowing red.
