UFO Sighting in Blackburn, on March 2nd 2011 – While watching the ISS a oval object appeared from west to east

On Wednesday 2nd March 2011 at 6pm I was watching our local TV news Granada Reports, they said that at approximately 6.30pm if you look to the west you will be able to see the International Space Station (ISS) traveling along the west coast South to North. So at 6.30pm I got my binoculars out and went into my back garden to have a look, when I went outside it was twilight not to dark and not to light it was a very clear cloudless sky with good visibility. After about 5 minutes the ISS came into view as I was watching the ISS disappeared behind some houses at the side of my house , so I stood on a platform in my back garden to try and get a better view. some kids were playing in the street behind my house and they asked me what I was looking at, I told them I was watching the International Space Station, as I said that a bright oval shaped object appeared from the West over the houses at the side of my house, I say bright it was as bright as a house light bulb easy to look at, it travelled from west to east in a straight line we just stood there watching it the kids in the street and myself, I'm only guessing but it was about 300 to 500ft directly above us and approximately 20 to 30ft wide 60 to 70ft long it was a perfect oval shape and we could see it very clearly it lasted about 2 to 2 and a half minutes to disappear in the east.
