UFO Sighting in Sacramento, California on May 28th 2015 – UFO traverses laterally at Mach 24; Emits Indigo Plasm.

I was walking along the American River Trail, I noticed Jupiter/Saturn were out of place. After rigorous approximations the effort was futile and I decided to record it, regardless; two minutes of footage. After this activity had taken place, I simply kept walking, a bright light hovered at about 100 feet from the ground. It was about six miles away. It seemed odd and there was some sort of electricity in the air. I pulled out my phone and started recording. After reviewing the video I noticed an anomaly. A bright blue orb dashed through very close to me. By simply zooming in on the frame, one is able to see a dome shaped ufo with disk like features and an array of luminous material. A plasma sheath of sorts. I want to discuss any legality of said disclosure along with embedded terms and conditions before submission.
