driving down ST RT 67 crossing I-75 in Wapakoneta Ohio .from uouiopolis ohio from where I am coming from to I-75 is about 7 miles ,I seen these lights but thought it was a new large billboard near I/75 ,closer I got the bigger it was till I got to I/75 from ST RT 67 which crosses I-75.I was a large craft shaped liked triangle three four large lights white .setting over small pond water.taking water somehow .High way state patrol setting looking at it .I slowed down and stopped under it .off over pass it sat there a few more mins then took off slow like glidding no nose like it was black in color it was s low as I could have throw a rock up and hit it low.I was going to
