back in august 1994 while in mankato mn for my fathers funeral my wife and i and our son was driving back to ft mccoy wisc were i was in service while passing bye rochester mn along hyway 90 my wife and i notict a craft of some kind hovering and as we drove it started following us along 90 it followed all the way to the mississippi river while heading toward lacrosse wisc the craft went over our head and into the river valley and then it came out of the valley shined a bright light in our window that almost caused an accident with my car,i had found that there were alot of sightings around that time,my wife and i still talk about it.
