The black ring hung in the sky about 1 kilometer above the ground then simply vanished. Apparently some people claim this thing is proof of extraterrestrial life. I’m not sure how they make such a bold claim. It may certainly be related to ET but there’s really not much going on to call it proof or to draw a definite correlation. To me, it looks more like some sort of weird natural phenomenon as if some black smoke from ground level got caught up in a kind of atmospheric vortex.
